1. Overview
Since CNC Mart India deals in digital products (CNC design files, DXF, SVG, and other downloadable formats), our refund and cancellation policy reflects the nature of digital goods. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a file has been successfully downloaded. However, we understand that issues can arise. Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
- File is corrupted or unusable: If the downloaded file is corrupted, cannot be opened in the appropriate software, or is significantly different from the product description and preview, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Product not as described: If the product materially differs from its description, images, or preview on the listing page, you may request a refund.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
- Technical failure: If a technical error on our platform prevents you from receiving the product after payment, we will either deliver the product or issue a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after downloading the file
- The file does not fit your specific CNC machine or material without modification (all files may require adjustment for your specific setup)
- You lack the required software to open or use the file (compatibility is the customer's responsibility)
- The file was used successfully but you no longer need it
- The file was shared or redistributed before a refund request was made
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence supporting your claim (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
Before download: If you wish to cancel an order before downloading the product, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
After download: Orders cannot be cancelled once the digital file has been downloaded. Please review the product description, preview images, and file specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
6. Seller Subscription Cancellation
Sellers who have an active subscription plan may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to seller features until the subscription expires. No partial refunds are offered for unused portions of the billing period. Existing product listings will remain active but you will not be able to upload new products without an active subscription.
7. Payment Failures
If a payment fails during checkout, no order will be created and no charges will be applied. If you notice an incorrect charge on your statement, please contact us immediately with your payment details and we will investigate.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly.

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
